The building that stands on 450 m2 of land is located in Greenvalley Senggigi Housing. The concept of the building itself carries the Mediterranean concept. Where the Mediterranean concept itself emphasizes the shape and texture of the building.
At Villa Jeannie it consists of several rooms, including a living room, dinning room, pantry, storage, master bedroom, 4 bedroom, and 5 bathrooms. Living, Dinning, and Pantry areas have a height of 8.5 meters so that gives the impression of spacious space. This room also has large window openings that maximize the incoming natural light.
This villa has two buildings inside, namely the main villa building and more private villa buildings. As a transition area between the two buildings there is an open area (courtyard) in the form of a swimming pool surrounded by plants beside it. The bedroom space in each villa is on the side around the park. The bedroom uses a double sliding door to maximize the view to the outside (swimming pool). In addition, with large openings in the villa building helps to circulate fresh air and the entry of natural light into the house.
Mediterranean characters are clearly visible on the exterior and interior of the building. On the exterior of the building using pink stones on the walls of the building. Supported by unique furniture, stained glass windows and good spotlight add to the ethnic and unique impression of the building. Whereas in the concept of the interior, the exposed ceiling further strengthens the impression of the Mediterranean building.
